Yes I know, he's not the leader of NightClan, but he has a leader name because when he died he was a leader. When leaders die they still keep their leader names even though they are no longer leading a clan. This is why is his name would still be Jaystar, however, if it still bothers you, he can be Jayclaw, although I prefer Jaystar.
