Creature suggestion [bird]?

I made a creature suggestion (ps. Check it out https://eggcave.com/forums/topic/65451)

This is my first event one. I made two others not contributing to creature suggestion event. how do they choose creatures? Do they announce creatures chosen after the 5-7 days and if your chosen what do you do? Do you get your creature for free for creating it or do you find it like all the others?
