(Pronounced: Kay-vah-on)Egg DescriptionThis egg is painstakingly obvious, and does not blend in well with its surroundings at all. You instinctively know that the being inside can have its personality influenced simply by the way you touch it. A word of advice: If you're simply looking for a wise and gentle companion, it is best to hold this egg with care. If you're not cautious, you could make the creature within aggressive. About The CreatureThe Kvone are born with the ability to use both the right and left side of their brain,(Termed a double track mind) at the same time for different tasks or thoughts. Because of this, there's been a struggle to understand the inner workings of the Kvone mind. But that does not mean that no information on this species has not been uncovered. No, the biggest discovery of the Kvone so far was the fact that even inside the egg, Kvone's brains are processing information and learning. It's not uncommon for Kvone to hatch already knowing pieces and bits of languages, or random information.Obtaining a Kvone egg is an almost impossible challenge. Parent Kvone are aggressive, and will attack anything that gets too close. However that is not why it is so difficult to snatch an egg. It is because the egg is stored out of sight, underneath the male Kvone's wings in a pouch. The only way to take an egg from the parents, is to gain the parents' trust first. If they feel you're worthy to raise their offspring, they will lift their wings up and allow you to take the egg out of their pouch. It is believed that because they are already learning from inside the egg, even before being fully formed, that they are especially susceptible to rough handling. In the case where the handler is not gentle with the egg, the Kvone will always be aggressive preferring to fight over learning. They will often nip and scratch at their owners as well. Tested aggressive Kvone have surprisingly somehow managed to lose the ability to use both sides of their brains for different things. It is not known how or why. Unfortunately, there has not been any cases recorded where an aggressive hatched Kvone has a double track mind. Interestingly enough though, parent aggressive Kvone are able to regain their double track mind after their chick has grown. Due to the lack of information on the Kvone overall, no one understands how this possible at the moment.A gentle Kvone is a wonderful companion, and learns extremely fast. It is not uncommon to see travelers travelling with a Kvone, as they are gifted in the art of picking up languages. They are also able to mimic speech fairly well, creating the perfect partner for an intellectual conversation. Art(I only have the last stage. ;w; Tablet ended up using it's last life before I finished the other two stages. Egg was just green with dabs of black and yellow. Hatchling was just a chubby and fluffy version of adult with tiny wings)http://i.imgur.com/WkfzvC8.png

@lycanea Woah! That single drawing you have there of the creature is incredible! The color palette is balanced and there's so many little feathery fronds all over the bird. Reminds me of an Eastern dragon of some sort... 😱Also, love the description! It's quite nicely-written and the ideas are very interesting. Some of the sentences run on for a bit though, and there's a lot of excessive commas and pauses. Might wanna try breaking up some of those thoughts. 😊Nonetheless, great concept. Hope it gets implemented!

@/ricefishieAh, thank you very much for your kind and constructive comments! I appreciate both greatly. 😸 Looking again at the description, I also agree it runs everywhere at some parts. (How in the world I wrote that, without realizing is beyond me. XD) Will fix pronto, thanks for pointing that out. ^-^EDIT: Also, for some reason dragons were really stuck in my head when drawing. I had to stop myself before the bird decided to become a dragon. X3 I was really hoping for minimal dragon like qualities, while keeping the bird aspect blaringly obvious, but I might of failed in that regards. Ah well, was extremely fun. I gotta practice shading and colors more in the future! o:
