Freezing At Stage #

How do we freeze a creature at a certain stage?
Like if I didn't want a creature to mature past stage 2 b/c of an awesome triket travel. 😋
I'm very sorry if this is explained somewhere and I've missed it. ^^;

The Essence of Litsdnats, found in the Cash Shop Park, is used to freeze a creature at a certain stage. Once this item has been used on a creature it will not evolve even if it gets more than the required stats.
