General Goal on EggCave?

Hi!

I'm new -- just wondering what the extent of things you can do on this site is. Collect different species, level them past 2000... I see you can travel to make them have nice backgrounds, and use items on them (but why?), but I'm not sure if I'm missing any further activities you can do here! 😊

@feather it's a game of collecting. Some creatures can be worth several thousand Cave Cash. If you want them, you'll have to pay a hefty price. There is no physical "goal", but I guess the point is to collect the creatures you like best.

Items are mostly for collecting too. I personally couldn't care less about items, they barely do anything.

Different people have different goals. Some might be to obtain certain creatures, get their creature to a certain level, get a certain number of a particular creature, obtain all items under a certain category, consistently be on leaderboards, make new friends online, etc.
