Are eggs missing from our collection taken into consideration?

What should we expect out of the Monthlies Package?

Is the "package" the single creature?

How do you determine what to put in the item packages?
Is it a batch of 5 items (for example), or a certain rarity?What's the difference between a Mystery Package and a Surprise Package?

A: I'm not sure about this question. Are you saying that the eggs you ordered are NOT in your cove?

A: You should expect current month's Monthlies, and retired month's.

Is the "package" the single creature?

A: I don't really understand this one either. Sorry! Are you saying the word package means only one creature? All the packages has one egg in it.

How do you determine what to put in the item packages?

A: This one is harder to explain. If, for example, you order a travel package. The travel will be directly bought from the travel agency. The item will be bought from whatever store on eggcave sells that type of item.

Is it a batch of 5 items (for example), or a certain rarity?

A: All the packages doesn't matter. You might get more than 1 item in a package.

What's the difference between a Mystery Package and a Surprise Package?

A: The mystery package is randomly chosen, you have no idea if it is a (only if it is a creature package) monthly, or common. The surprise package hides more surprising prizes such as CC/CaveCash, or even cash shop park creatures, or commons and Monthlies.
