Need Help with Cove Lists?

How does this work or what do I put for the names? I'm confused and would really appreciate the help.

Cove lists are the tabs that are listed on your profile. Their is automatically a main tab where every creature is displayed. If you want a way to display creatures that are for example up for trade, you can create a cove list named UFT or Up for Trade, and then display the creatures that are UFT. This does not move creatures from your main tab, all your creatures will always show in that tab, lists are a way to display certain creatures together.
