You can! There's an option called the Venus Stone in the Cash Shop Park that'll change the gender of your creature for 100 cc (or $1).

If you can't buy cc, I'd recommend putting it into the TC and maybe adding 1000-2000EC and asking if someone would gender swap you for a different one!
