Unable to feed pets OR load Notifications

Hello, I'm having issues getting past the little load circle when trying to feed my pets and also when I try to see my notifications. So I'm literally unable to feed my pets and can't clear/see my notifications.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why I may be experiencing this issue?

I've been having the same on my phone. I just can't get the notifications to load. I can feed though. What are you using?
