Yay, a roleplay that I made that isn't about space and stuff.

A tiny town within the vast wilderness known as the Bundok Valley is a place in which reality could be called a "bit distorted." The place itself is serene with a variety of wildlife living in there, and the entire town is mountainous in nature, untouched by civilization.
What sets it off from other parts of the world is the residents living here. Anyone who stumbles upon the place claims that the town is filled with creatures - non humans, to be exact. Nobody knows what caused them to exist, but one thing for sure is that they are real.
Bundok Valley is a pleasant town set in the modern world, but the townsfolk prefer old-time ideals, especially the creatures who have been living for a long time. As such, the buildings are relatively aged, and this may be because of the town's disassociation with the outside. The valley becomes a significantly different place during the night hours...

Also, there's an amulet that seems to be associated with these creatures and stuff, but nobody knows where it is. It's most likely inside some closet, but nobody knows for sure.

My Characters!

Name: Snowy Marina (prefers to be called by her last name)
Age: Appears to be 18, is 60.
Gender: Female
Species: Fairy
Appearance: Snowy is around 5"03 in height with slightly darkened skin. She has short aqua hair with a headband, with sea blue eyes. Her wings are aquamarine and are a cross between a fish's fin and icicles, and is sky blue in color.
Abilities: She has the manipulation of water and ice. Snowy is intelligent and uses that to get advantage of others by manipulating their weaknesses. As she is part of nature, it is very hard for her to die.
Weaponry: None, except for the icicles she conjures.
Weaknesses: Snowy is highly weakened when she isn't exposed to the cold for a long period of time. She can get killed if this persists.
Personality: She is very manipulative and cold-hearted. Snowy's intelligence is mostly used for her manipulative side, but she also uses this to gain valueable information about a person, and also be immune to tricks and guilt tripping.
Other: Is summomed by Serin and now she's somewhat like her familiar but not really. She existed before the creation of the amulet as a test to see if creatures like her can survive.
Code: Snowy is able to remember a person's face without any trouble.

Name: Serin Topaz
Age: 23 in appearance, is actually 103.
Gender: Female
Species: Magician
Appearance: Serin has long caramel hair with blue tips. Her eyes are a dark brown color and she is normal in terms of appearance.
Abilities: Serin is able to perform standard magic with ease. She is also proficient at summoning magic, which is how Snowy existed in the first place. Serin is also a natural thief, and uses her ability to snatch things way easier. She casted a spell on herself to prevent her from aging.
Weaponry: Her wand doubles as a sharp object if she's angry enough.
Weaknesses: Serin is a magician of the night, and so her powers are stronger during midnight, otherwise it's nothing but glitter. She also underestimates her own talent, and can often times get captured if she were to attempt theft.
Personality: Serin is very energetic but rude. She doesn't like the company of humans at all, which is why her friends are usually non-humans, and why she created the amulet in order to have said non-humans to exist in Bundok Valley.
Other: Serin has a deceased sister named Caramel.
Code: She keeps the mystics amulet (the one that caused the creatures to exist) at the back of her closet, and doesn't remember about it.

@nightmaremoon12 I'm gonna use the super old squad. But for a reference, is there anything against conditional immortality? Such as recovering from general wounds, but things like head trauma, physically losing limbs, and being burned alive, amongst others would result in permadeath.

Name: Alyss Ravenhallow
Age: 24 Years
Gender: Female
Species: Sorceress
Appearance: Alyss is fairly tall, standing at around six foot four. She has very wavy short cut dirty blond hair, a face and arms coated in freckles, and gray eyes with veins of dark orange in them.
Abilities: Alyss can wield magic in most forms, as well as having conditional immortality.
Weaponry: A bow and arrow, throwing knives, and a carved staff.
Weaknesses: Alyss doesn't have a good grasp on her magic and it can tend to flare up uncontrollably so she tends to use Her staff to keep a control on it. Her immortality isn't true immortality in a sense, as she still dies. Unlike other cases she heals from whatever killed her and will awake from her death. She can still be properly killed by head trauma, decapitation, burning her body, losing a limb after original death, or having her heart removed.
Personality: Alyss is watchful and insightful. She is very deathly compassionate about her friends, often going to great lengths to keep them safe from harm. She is prone to very angry outbursts when pushed too far, and she tends to let the magic take a bit too strong of a control.
Other: Alyss is long time friend with Cole and a close friend to Sebastian.
Code: Alyss' eyes glow dark orange when her magic is in use.

Name: Cole Scarborough
Age: 24 Years
Gender: Male
Species: Druid
Appearance: Cole stands at around five foot five, he has bright green eyes and messy black hair.
Abilities: A general control over magic in all forms.
Weaponry: A sword
Weaknesses: Cole's magic relies upon the energy around him and is mainly derived from nature. So the farther he gets the weaker it becomes.
Personality: Cole is kind, very sweet and caring. He often times is willing to help out friends, even if it will bring more trouble than its worth.
Other: Cole has four sisters.
Code: Cole and Alyss have been friends since they were 6.

Appearance: Brown hair with blond tips and amber eyes. At nighttime, his eyes turn blue/purple. 5'12". Baggy white shirt and brown shorts. Wiry, small frame.
Abilities: He's mostly just a peace-maker but he is trying to discover some of his magical properties.
Weaponry: He used to take karate classes. He forgot most of the moves, but still uses some of them. Always has a pocket-knife because of the strange parts of the town.
Weaknesses: Never a good battler, a better talker. He isn't very strong and his height is sometimes intimidating, but when it's pushed past, his height is nothing.
Personality: Peaceful, light, happy, agreeable, semi-cowardly, quiet, negotiable, ... ,
Other: He knows most languages in the world and uses them to his advantage.
Code: As a kid, his mother made PB&Js 24/7 and now he cannot touch them, for they are revolting to him.

Age: Almost 17
Gender: F
Species: Fae
Appearance: Red hair and freckles with green eyes. Unusually tall for a fae, being 6'01". One ear is pierced 5 times and she always has that ear fully covered. Jean-skirt with black crop-top and small purse slung over one shoulder.
Abilities: She can fly and use small bursts of magic. She has never done huge bursts, for fear of damage. She can summon fire easily.
Weaponry: Always has two (or more) knives handy, for she doesn't really trust her magic.
Weaknesses: Her magic level is very limited and huge bursts can damage her. She doesn't trust others.
Personality: Quiet, smart, disdainful, subjective, judging, snappy, short-temper
Other: Her hair grows and shortens on its accord, so one day it could be long, and the next, short. She has an incredibly strong memory.

Gender: Female
Species: Elf
Appearance: Has pointed ears, like all elfs. She has striking blue eyes and black waist length hair. She has fairly tanned skin and sharp features.
Abilities: Able to jump higher and move quicker than a regular human. She also has better senses than most humans. Never seems to tire. Is also immortal, meaning she can't die of old age but can die of other causes, such as illness or death in battle. Can also perform a little bit of magic.
Weaponry: a bow made with white wood and has intricate carvings. Also has a dagger made with the same white wood and just as intricately carved.
Weaknesses: if in the presence of a any eagles, her magic abilities will vanish temporarily.
Personality: Quick witted and quite intelligent. She doesn't like to fight in the midst of battle, likes to stay at the sidelines. Mistrustful of most strangers but when you get to know her she is nice company.

Name: Samantha (Sam)
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Species: Werewolf

Appearance:
As Human: Sam has long ebony brown hair tied in a high ponytail with a thin strip of leather. She has hazel brown eyes that glow a yellow orange when she semi transforms. Samantha wears a olive green denim jacket that only reaches the small of her back, a light weight tan brown shirt & navy tight fitting jeans covered in dust. Sam only wears thick strong brown boots and finds all other footwear inferior. She stores her knives in her jacket and and keeps store of small herbs and liquids attached or in compartments of her belt.
As Wolf: As a wolf Samantha is larger than the standard grey wolf and has ebony brown thick fur covering her body from ears to tail. Her eyes are a sharp amber colour and glow faintly

Abilities: Samantha can shift into a wolf form, while she can do this of her voluntarily it takes all of her focus to stay in control of her actions. The full moon forces her into her wolf form and her impulses are stronger at this time, she can fight both but it is an extremely difficult task. Other supernatural abilities werewolves possess in clued heightened senses, superhuman speed, strength, stamina & reflexes.

Weaponry: Despite that she has huge fangs & claw that can be summoned when she pleases, she doesn’t like resorting to that. Sam has a small array of throwing knives held in self-made slots in her jacket as well as a silver serrated dagger she keeps sheathed on her belt, on top of that she has a few small canisters of flammable liquid attached to her belt.

Weaknesses: While werewolves have a self healing ability they will not supernaturally heal from injuries inflicted by a silver object or burns from fire. Wolfsbane is toxic to them and forces them into their wolf form as the strength of the toxin increases. Werewolves have other limitations as well, certain woods and herbs can create barriers they cannot cross and so forth. (Keep in mind that all advantages can be weaknesses as well)

Personality: Samantha is defiantly a lone wolf (Pun very much intended) she lives alone in a small wooden cabin half embedded into a cliff side that is about a mile or two away from town, she does have a wonderful view of the valley. Sam, while solitary, like all wolves she seeks companionship and is a selfless and kind girl, though upon close inspection she is still a little bit of jerk.

Other: Samantha is paranoid to an extent, she deeply fears herself and the harm she could bring to others. This has created some self loathing and distrust for her, she think she will lose control around people and has spent many a sleepless night thinking about it

Code: Sam is a cat person and was never very fond of dogs and their predecessors, wolves.

Species: Urban Mage
Appearance: Matt has messy long brown hair, blue eyes and stands at around five foot nine.
Abilities: Matt can shoot shards of glass from his hands, he can summon barbed wire, control and manipulate broken glass and mirrors, and draw static and sparks out of the air.
Weaponry: Matt relies upon his abilities.
Weaknesses: He draws his energy for powers from the surrounding areas. His powers are only as strong as his mental strengths and so the weaker his powers get the more befuddled and confused he gets.
Personality: Very kind and understanding, Matt tries to see from everyone's perspective. He doesn't wish to hurt anyone unintentionally and so he tends to wait before taking action.
Other: He absolutely despises garlic
Code: Matt avoids all contact with his former mentor on magic, as he would taunt him with delicious garlic filled pastas.

Name: Sebastian
Age: 26 Years
Gender: Male
Species: Nature Mage
Appearance: Sebastian has messy and semi-long black hair. He has green eyes and a small scar under his left eye.
Abilities: He can shoot thorns from his hands, can summon thorny vines from the ground, manipulate plant matter to cause them to grow or die, and slightly control the breeze.
Weaponry: His abilities.
Weaknesses: Sebastian is weaker in extreme heat and cold. His powers are dependant on his own energy and the more exhausted he gets the weaker his powers.
Personality: Sebastian is very quiet and watchful. He's a friendly person although he prefers to listen as opposed to joining the conversation.
Other: Sebastian can mimic bird chirping.
Code: He adores eating vegetables.

Species: Vampire, formerly human (doesn't know it though.)
Appearance: Vee has hair tied into a ponytail and they are sickly pale in appearance. They wear a gray sweater with dark colored jeans and black boots. After recently finding out that they are feeling uncomfortable under the sun, they had started to wear a large hat to cover themselves, or an umbrella.
Abilities: Standard vampire abilities, but does this without any knowledge on them.
Weaponry: Vee is not afraid of using their umbrella to attack.
Weaknesses: Any standard vampire weaknesses such as garlic (sad, since they love garlic bread) and sunlight. Has no control over their powers at all.
Personality: Vee is very awkward and oblivious to some things. They don't mind the recent appearances of the supernaturals, but are sad that werewolves are often antagonizing them. Grown a craving to wild animal blood.
Other: As said before, they really enjoy(ed) garlic bread. It's sad that they'll never do it again. They are unaware of the fact that they're a vampire.
Code: They are a natural cook.

Name: Hunter
Age: 20
Gender: Male
Species: Human

Appearance: He stands at about six foot three and while physically fit is not muscular, instead lean, a little on the thin side. Hunter has Hickey brown hair that is unkempt and never can retain any style & matching brown eyes. He is clean shaven and has a young boyish look to him, confirmed by his careless mannerisms. Hunter wears a slightly to large white shirt, tan brown pants, tough boots & a belt with an embroidered emerald.

Abilities: He has the capacity to preform magic as his mother and father were talented and naturally attuned to the magical arts, he never got to meet them though as he was adopt almost instantly after birth and is completely ignorant to the magical world. He does not use any magical abilities but relies on his wit and ingenuity…. he has little of both.

Weaponry: Hunter has little to no weaponry and the weapons he does have he is clueless with technique. Hunter carries a flip knife in one of his pockets and a machete on his belt he uses for cutting though the undergrowth.

Weaknesses: He is what is scientifically know as an imbecile and in literature terms a comic relief character, he is not the brightest or most coordinated.

Personality: Hunter is quite charismatic is a strange way and has an innate ability to seem to make you smile and laugh even if you don’t want to. Hunter is charming and knows his place, he doesn’t seek greatness or want to be a hero, he will always do what he thinks right though and seems to have wisdom beyond his age that most people would never suspect.

Appearance: Appears to be a teenager. Has short, spiky, brown hair that has green streaks. Wears a green hoodie and jeans. Has bright green eyes that glow when he is doing magic
Abilities: Nature magic and light magic
Weaponry: A pocket knife in his hood.
Weaknesses: Is weak to fire and heat magic. If he is hurt, his magic power declines, of course.
Personality: Stubborn, easily gets emotional. Is a little shy and isn't conversational
Other: He is actually brothers with Night, even though they are like mortal rivals
Code: He likes to eat animal meat as his favorite food, with potatoes in 2nd place.

Name: Night Starshadow
Age: appears 51 is actually 83
Gender: Male
Species: Vampire
Appearance: Pale vampire with spiky black hair and fangs. Wears a black jacket and jeans. Has red eyes that glow when he is flying. Normally wears shades that make him look cool, but that's another story.
Abilities: Your average vampire abilities. (flying etc.)
Weaponry: None
Weaknesses: Your average vampire weaknesses (garlic etc.)
Personality: Stubborn, mean, never cares about others. Shares a lifelong rivalry with Forest and all his "friends". Is mentally crazy
Other: He despises eating anything made with cows. (milk, beef etc.)
Code: Doesn't eat humans, eats potatoes he carves like humans.

Age: Around 1000 or more
Gender: Non-binary
Species: Lunarian
Appearance: Seisetsu's regular form is a androgynous human with short silver hair and dark purple eyes. They are around 6 feet in height, with a somewhat lanky build.
Abilities: Seisetsu's own immortality is different in a sense. Because of the Moon's purity, they are able to not die, but exposure to the Earth's impurity can make them die.
Seisetsu has manipulation of light and weather, and a unique power to mute sound around them.
Weaponry: A bow that uses light arrows.
Weaknesses: Seisetsu can die, but it is difficult. Major wounds are easily recoverable, but means such as head trauma, decapitation, heart removal, burnt alive or any other gruesome means can kill them.
Seisetsu can only manipulate light if there's surrounding light. Their muting ability can only happen at night.
Personality: They are very calm but violent, and relies on logic over emotion. Because of this, they can misunderstand human idioms and can easily go off from a careless mistake.
Other: Fell from the moon, and is stuck in Bundok Valley.
Code: Seisetsu can spell things without mistake.

Name: Atlas
Age: 2
Gender: Male
Species: House cat
Appearance: He is tiny in every regard despite being fully grown, he is thin but only so far as a house cat, fed by their owners can be. He has felt like ears, a long tail and small thorn-like claws. He has a warm brown tabby pelt with short soft fur, the brown of his fur is rather dappled yet stripes bold and a well defined black brown colour. He has bright amber eyes not dissimilar to his owners in her wolf form.
Abilities: Nothing out out the usual just cat things *cough* nine lives *cough*
Weaponry: Devilishly pointy little claws and teeth
Weaknesses: None… he is a cat DUH not like he would be up against mythical creatures and mages or anything ..right?
Personality: Atlas is a sarcastic, scheming, cheeky fur-ball who as far as Sam is concerned “His only life mission is to make my life hell”. While being a royal pain and a completely tease he is a loving companion, Sam could never part with him.
Other: He belongs to Sam but not really, he does what he pleases when he pleases.
Code: Atlas has a bazaar talent for being in just the right place in just the right time…. it makes you wonder…..

Appearance: Small bluebird with neon blue and a white belly. Has an orange beak and green eyes
Abilities: Illusions and wind magic
Weaponry: Her beak?
Weaknesses: If you touch her illusions, they fade away. Her wind magic is just a breeze and all her powers can be stopped by water. Wolves, cats, and other birds can see through her magic.
Personality: Calm, laid back.
Other: She uses one of her feathers as a thumb to do many human tasks, like knot tying and typing.
Code: Can open doors with her wings even though she doesn't have thumbs

Species: Dove

Appearance: Chesntut is a dove with a chestnut marking on her right wing. She has
Dark, daring blue eyes. She wears a light bag with a dagger, arrows and a bow.

Abilities: Chestnut can detect lies and invisibility. She has a heavy connection with water and shadows. She can control water and darkness.

Weaponry: Daggers, Arrows, and a Bow. She rarely uses explosives but carries a few in her bag just in case.

Weaknesses: She can only use her darkness powers at night. Darkness is her strongest power. She can only use her water power near water. She has to reload on arrows. She might need to reload in the middle of battle.

Personality: She looks sweet but she's real daring. If you treat her like a kid at first sight, she won't mind killing you. She's enthusiastic about life and playful. She turns serious in a split-second. She doesn't care about anything but achieving goals in life but she stops by for a little fun. People call her the Navigator, Deathberry and much more.
