Cove limit?

So even though I have a very small cove at the moment.
I was wondering if there was a limit to how many creatures/eggs you can have.
If there is, is there a way to expand it?
Or does eggcave just let you go nuts and have as many creatures/eggs as you want?

Everyone starts with 300 spaces in their cove. You can purchase more space from your cove page by clicking "Expand." You can buy as many spaces as you have the EC to pay for them.
