Snowflake next to my creatures

I was looking through my creatures in the creatures thing on the side of the screen. And i noticed a snowflake next to a creature's picture then i see it on another a little ways down. it's about the size of the star when you have a starred creature and i was just wondering what it was for.

The snowflake by creatures on your cove page indicates that that creature is frozen.
