You can use the browser's Ctrl+F find function to just search for "Sign out", works for me.

Otherwise, on the right-hand side of the page (if you're on a computer with a big screen, dunno about phones) there is a green menu. Search, time of day, cove feed level, money, creatures, items, preferences... The last button, just above FB and Twitter icons, says "Sign Out". That's what you need.
