Welcome to eggcave. 😸 Let me run through some basics.

Ping to get peoples attention in the forums otherwise they will not know you replied. Pinging is putting @ and then typing the user next to it. @poptarts

Once you post your message on the forums and you forget to ping it won't notify the person. You can only ping up to 5 people.

To respond to people who write on your wall click their name. They cannot see if you replied if you respond to them on your wall.

Le's currently are the Garast and Haunalupe probably spelled wrong. They are limited edition which means they will only be available this month before retiring.

A creature will die if not kept above 0 happiness. You can keep your creatures alive by feeding them, Tim's food shop or purchasing the leaf of Vaka in the cashop for 500cc which is $5 the leaf of vaka will prevent creatures from dying even when they reach 0 happiness and are mortal.

Immortalizing your creature will also stop it from dying. Your creature is immortal when it reaches level 2000 or adds up to 6000 in stats aka Feeds Clicks Views.

Fastest way to feed is by pressing crtl and clicking on the eggs you wish to feed. Fastest way to close is by pressing crtl and w if I remember. Can't recheck with computer since it's updating.

Fastest way to hatch depends on the creature if it hatches by Feeds, Clicks or Views. You can check this by clicking on your creature and pressing species names or checking the archives.

If it hatches by views then best thing to do is download hitleap viewer it will immortalize your creature faster and help it hatch.

If it hatches by clicks then use eggcave click exchange which is the XC it's below the cavecash on your menubar or use yarolds which is also a click exchange off the site.

For feeds you should also use the click exchange,yarolds along with feeding other peoples creatures so they feed yours back. Not all will feed back but some will.

You can earn ec by feeding other peoples creatures. This is done by clicking their username so it will redirect you to their cove. You can earn ec by good names as well and creatures by trading or auctioning them.


Fastest way to get CC is once you successfully get a Cash Shop Creature keep it for a couple of months to a year until it doubles in value. Example is purchasing the Wiggit for 500cc (in the Cash shop right now) you can keep it for a couple months until it reaches 1000cc value. Once you're able to trade it to someone for that value you can buy two cash shops and the process continues. 😸
