Help! Stolen account

I went on a reallllyy long hiatus, and I believe my side account @holmes was stolen from me?
I have a lot of precious creatures on there (any I believe I lost quite a few when it was stolen)
I am unable to access it and whoever stole the account has blocked me.

Is there any possible way of regaining control of that account again?
