I can't get to sleep. Anybody have any methods to fall asleep, and do you go to bed early or are you a night owl?I'm a night owl.

I'm a night owl too ^^ still on this site when it's like 1am where i am lol I would suggest not looking at any electronics, esp your phone and picking up a book or do some studying instead then you'll gradually feel tired instead of more awake, hope that helped~

I am a night owl and when I go to bed I listen to music it helps me even though most nights I'm playing this till 5:00 a.m.

@animalliterature doing tiring tasks through the day makes you more tired. always avoid stress and worrys and resolve them before you sleep as this can cause difficulty sleeping. you could try drinking a hot chocolate or horlix 😋 every body is different so try differnet things and remember younger people have more difficultly sleeping as they have a different body clock to adults (spoken from experience lol). hope this helps 😃

@animalliteratureReading a book keeps me awake because I do't want to put it down (Last night I stayed up till 2:03 am reading Power of Three WARRIORS Long Shadows), But when I put it down I almost instantly fall asleep.Also I'm a Night Owl.

Huh, yeah, I'm on Dark River. Lionpaw's a big, selfish brat to me.Anyways, I get easily distracted, it's a reason I don't sleep well.

Same. 😊I usually pick a book that involves fighting and I imagine that I am also fighting and that wears me out which helps me to get to sleep easier.

I'm a night owl and what helps me fall asleep is I read or eat something and then I also where like shorts and a tank top cause I can't fall asleep when I'm not one last word of advice don't think about anything exciting it just keeps you up Hope this helped -@lilo

WATASHI SUGGEST SLEEPING ON A FUTON WOULD MAKE A NICE SLEEP TO MAKE A FUTON BUY A BLANK FUTON AND SET UP UR BLANKET AND PILLOW THERE U GO HAVE A NICE SLEEP

@animalliteratureThere's a method.1. Breathe in for 4 seconds with your nose2. Hold it for 7 seconds3. Exhale with your mouth for 8 seconds.Repeat this method and eventually you'll fall asleep.
