A creature evolved but no notification!

Hello, I was looking through my notifications and I saw a notification that my Quetki evolved so I checked it out.
When I was scrolling through my cove I noticed my Neebu had also evolved. I had not gotten the notification for her so I was just wondering whether it is normal or whatnot because I rebirthed it yesterday so...
