Question about Side Accounts

Hello!

I was wondering if anybody could tell me if you are allowed to use the Click Exchange or feed other users pets with your side accounts? I know you can't go to the main spots such as the Cave, Site Trivia, and Asteroid, and I know the side accounts are just used for storage. I'm just not sure about being able to help others out on my side accounts(when I make them, haha) via the Click Exchange or feeding others pets.
