Chocotravaganza problems!!!

I'm having problem with collecting the chocolates it takes soooooo long!!!502 bad gateway-errors, coves not loading, and so on all day long ☹️
It's so annoying and irritates me!!! It's my first Chocotravaganza event and I want those creatures to get!
Please help me!!!

Many people seem to be having this problem, me included. It's something on EggCave's side. The staff has been notified about that, they're looking into the problem, but it will unfortunately take time to fix things. Sorry that your first Chocotravaganza had to be this buggy ☹️

Thank you for notice!!It's comforting to know that I'm not the only one here having the same problems!!
Hope it's will be fixed soon so I can get Ami at least!!!
