Item used infinite times?

I was looking at someone's extensive creature collection and noticed that some items said they were used infinite times. Is that what it says for retired items/travels?

I think in this case...
Travels purchased using CaveCash from the Cash Shop have unlimited uses, so in item collections it will show up uniquely with the infinity sign rather than another specific number
