That travel restocks in the NPC shop at around 98k, so if I were you I'd personally cancel the quest. :/

Also, if you ever want to know how much items restock for in the NPC shops, search for the item in the item database (under the explore tab), and the "Restock Price" is how much it's sold for in those shops.
