Logged in on Dec 25th, didn't get a Polober from tree.

Hi!

I logged in on December 25th, and I am almost certain I checked the Advent tree and got all these big bounses and stuff, but I see we were suppose to get a Polober from the tree too. I am pretty sure I checked the tree (I got the bonuses for views,feeds,etc, and big EC bonus.)

Is there any way to tell if I had a bug,glitch, or somehow forgot to check the tree?

This is the only thing I have to show I logged in on the 25th.

What can I do?

Also, if I posted this in the wrong spot, I'm very sorry, was looking for the ticket spot. =^-^=

You can find the ticket center at the end of the page, at the black coloured side there's a green link that says Contact Us

Did you have a spare spot in your cove on the day for the Polober?

@stormdragonxi Like minnie298a said, you need a spare spot in your cove to receive any creature from the advent tree.
