My Turtle Is Fine! <3

Just got back from the vet, and Scratch has been given a clean bill of health. 😃 She even ate some banana today~

As it turns out, the vet knew quite a bit about box turtles because -go figure- he'd had one as a pet! 😸

@Pipkitten - My sister and I had found him at a pond wandering around, he kept going towards me so we played with him and decided to take him home, we named him Franklin, because, well, that show had been one of my favorites when I was little.

We had him for a couple of months, he was still quite tiny, we also had two pet rats, my mother had been cleaning so she put his little tub down, what she forgot was the rats were out of their cage, and one of them took Franklin, and well, I think you know what had happened from there.

Me and my parents started looking for Franklin, but I was the one who found him, his shell was broken and...he was gone.

I miss Franklin.
He had lived a short life.

@Pipkitten - I felt so bad for him and my mom, my mom felt that it had been her fault, of course my sister happens to be the careless one and always yelled at my mom about how it was all her fault.

But, my other sister who had moved out has a pet turtle and I get to visit him everyday, he's really cute and he's fast, too!
