About azasel eggs:
These eggs have a tail-like feature, the 'tails' are actually the growing creatures food, you can see it shrink as it gets closer to hatching.

About azasel creature:
These dragon-like creatures are actually more realated to birds than dragons. Their tails have a mild poison within them, so one toutch wont exactly kill you, but will give you nausea.
