Page expired error

I've spent hours getting a message together (link-heavy one), sent it on and got a

Page Expired
"

I get it, new day, sessions cleared, etc, etc, but it would be really appreciated if the message was there in the error page. Or when I click "Back". Or somewhere, really. Because now I'll have to re-compose it all again from near-scratch and it's horrible.
