I would think you wouldn't be allowed to.

The 'Terms of Service' for the Egg Cave mentions that "All Cash Shop Park items are property of Egg Cave and cannot be sold for other currencies outside of Egg Cave."

I do not believe it extends into more detail on the matter, but I assume that this would also apply to creatures in general.
It is much more difficult to regulate a trade which adds offsite currency/items into the mix.

You might trade a Macbot to another user on the promise of other money/adoptables/points, but who is to say that the user will actually go through with it?

For the most part, users may be trustworthy to one another. But there is always the odd one out that abuses the site and scams creatures. This is what Egg Cave wishes to avoid at all costs.

So I would conclude that Egg Cave frowns upon cross-site trading.

@miomar

Cross-site trading is when a user trades something (such as an Egg Cave creature) for another thing on a different site.

For example, a user who wishes to trade a Tine for a creature on another adoptables site would be considered cross-site trading.
