I visit that website every day. I am Poserpanda there as well, as I am literally everywhere else. I prefer that site over this one, as pretty much everything is done better over there. I will even make a comparison chart.

Allows pictures, signatures, and custom profile pictures.

Forums are well laid out, with optional background choices for every user. The forums are easy to find, not cluttered on mobile or desktop, and they're easy to bookmark or subscribe to.

Doesn't charge real money to rename pets.
Allows everyone to call their pets whatever they want.
Allows the addition of items and backgrounds to be added to pets, without using real money to remove them AND you can't lose them by removing them.

Pets for events and even monthly outcomes are easily available for everyone to get, in a reasonable amount of time. Users are encouraged to trade.

Trading isn't hidden away.
Trading is actually worth the time invested in it, and you do not have to constantly ping people or link them to a trade to complete it.

Auctions are run fairly, with rules, and guidelines so nobody feels cheated.

Showing off your pets is easy, and has several options.
Pets categorized into different groups actually stay there, are not cluttered, are easily removed, renamed, or edited.
Most of the real money pets and items are fairly priced, and not ridiculous.

It can be hard for users to become artists for pets, but the sign ups are fair. And the entirety of all the pets follow one base with only the colors inside changing, for the most part. But each pet looks different enough for hoards to actually make sense.



Egg Cave

Sometimes they allow only the best drawn creatures to be released for a very small amount of time, They're not readily available and must be searched for with very low stealing chances.

Most of the time, time on the site is spent clicking each other's creatures, if you don't already have to ask others to do it. The rest of the site's tabs/functions are largely ignored.

Each Name can only be used by one user, unless there are symbols added to it.

You have to PAY to change the name of your pet!

Hardly anyone wants to make backgrounds for the pets, because we want our creature creations to be used, not to make art for existing creatures.

Backgrounds can only be used for behind the pet, and they often only mesh well with the small amount of RETIRED creatures they go with. Otherwise it is a wasteful gamble.

You have to make an account for an entirely different, well-hidden website, to see your wish list. Just your wish list! And it is a hassle to add, edit, or remove creatures.

You have to make another account on the previously mentioned website, which isn't covered in the player guide, to view SOME backgrounds to see if they actually work with your creature.
