Level not changing

So I got a message yesterday my creature Wizord has become immortal and will not die. However, the level count under his image is still 16.
I thought I'd wait to day to see if it would change, but it's still the same (I do believe he'd become immortal, just that the number hasn't changed).

His total stats is under the required 6,000 to become immortal, can you please submit a ticket and someone will get back to you.
