Basically, you feed/click/view the user or users above you. You can leave a message like :

I know there's the Click Exchange, but it's lacking a bit of interactive elements, unlike the forums. Remember to write if you don't want people to feed all your creatures, or set up a tab to separate the evolving critters! Let's work on evolving the unknown stages of the CRWs! 😊

Well, I'm just focusing on Cerrise for now. But, setting him up in the Exchange Center would help too!
