buying from a user shop when blocked

so with the new VEND creatures i started questing again and was going to buy a quest item from a user shop (this was the only user who had it for sale) but it wouldn't let me because they blocked me... i've never interacted with or even heard of this user that i can remember but why can't you buy from someone's user shop if you're blocked? i understand not being able to go to their profile or interact with them in any other capacity, but purchasing from their user shop is hardly interacting with them especially since you have no way of knowing who is buying from your shop ☹️

@pwuffy I haven't run into this issue, but I see where you are coming from. I don't see why you shouldn't be able to buy from their shop, you are doing them a favor and like you said, they have no idea who is buying from their shop
