Travel agency algorithm

Hi, I was wondering why some travels are always restocked at quantity 5, while others are always restocked at quantity 1, I'm looking for rainy pond travels and today I've came across 2 travels only because it's always just a single one, while others (which are clearly not bought by anyone) keep restocking at 5. Am I not getting it or is it something wrong with the travel agency? 😊

Every item has a minimum and maximum stock amount. When an item stocks it will stock a number in that range. Some items just have a higher max than others. There is nothing wrong with the TA, if something isn't stocking at "5" it is probably because it has a lower max stock size.
