Is it possible to r100 things as questing prizes? Because I just got a Sandrodon Bank, which is usually obtainable by getting the answer right for the Wall of Sandrodons.(edit: darn it why do I keep forgetting to move this out of general)

I've had it happen a... couple of times. In a not-small amount of total quests. So I think it's not common, but it does happen.

@distorted From my limited research, I think the Sandrodon Bank is possible in the quests. My research was taking the bank and other wall prizes (except the travel) as well as another prize item (Straw Bale from Halloween) and looking at them. The bank, smoothie, sculpture, and cookie claim they are R100, and Unobtainable but also that they is associated with a shop and has a restock price of 10K. The book is only a R59 and 1398. The Straw is labeled as Retired with no price. It is available from the Maize Maze, which also hands out Garast Plushies, Ice creams and books that are quest items.
