How to create private auction/trade

Hi, I've heard about creating private trades/auctions only visible to people of your choice, I'd like to know how to make one.

Egg Cave does not have a function for private trades/auctions. The closest we have is you can set auctions to be bid on by "friends only" which is just a check box on the "Create Auction" page.
