Are the same Mad Science foods always safe/unsafe?

I noticed that a pretty colorful and sparkly icecream was safe the two times I choose it. Was it just coincidence?

A happy coincidence I believe. I've clicked on some favorite items and sometimes they are safe, and others they aren't.

(Speaking of coincidence. The second item I ever got correct just came up again as I was typing. This is the first time it's been correct since then. lol. I almost chose a different item, but I thought it would be funny to choose it in context of this post.)

I've noticed some success with choosing foods that people might not consider to be food. Or the food that doesn't quite fit in with the others.

Cake, cake, muffin, coffee pot full of worms, cake.
So I choose the coffee pot.
