Tim's Food Shop bug

I just booked all my pets at Tim's, then started to feed them. I came across one not at 100% so, confused, checked the rest. Looks like 3 of my pets aren't 100% happy (69, 70, and 72%). :/ Not only that, but already my overall cove health is at 99%. I checked and yes, everyone is booked. They should be at 100% for the next 24hrs.

Kind of worried it may be a repeat of that awful bug Tim's had a while back.
