You can add CC to a trade offer buy getting a CC voucher from the Cash shop park.
(found at the bottom of the page)

They can be bought in 50cc, 100cc, 200cc, 500cc, 1000cc, 1500cc, 2500cc and 5000cc.
These are items that go into your inventory that you can use in trades and such. 😊
Users can redeem these vouchers for the given CC amount for use at anytime.
