I'm coming back after years, what's changed around here? Can you help me?

I decided to go back, I missed my creatures. What has changed around here? I saw that there are several new creatures and some of my old ones also died, which is sad because I can't resurrect any of them (money is low).

The valentine day event I used to trade with my friends but I don't know if they play it yet. Can you help me?
