How does the Oasis work?

I saw somebody say they got an egg out of there is that true? What kind of eggs come from there can you get old cash shop eggs?

Species that are marked as "endangered" in the Archives can occasionally have their eggs show up in the Oasis. These happens very rarely. Unlike the Thief Shop you do not have to pay for these eggs. You can just grab it for free. However, like the Thief Shop, everyone can see these eggs when they show up. So if you don't take it fast enough someone else can grab it before you do.

Cash Shop eggs are only obtainable in the Cash Shop.
