Hello, sorry if this has been asked before, I looked back a few pages but couldn't find the same question, I also looked in the FAQ and couldn't find it.

I know that buying food increases happiness and has a chance of increasing feed stats. Does bakery/ice cream/beverages do the same thing?

What do the books and toys do? Or do they just increase happiness?

All food items, including those from other shops, have a chance of giving feed stats when used.

Books and toys are similar. Both increase happiness and they also have a chance of giving stats. Books can give view stats and toys can give click stats.
