for buying caveCash do i need to put in my full mailing address? I couldn't find the answer on the FAQ page.

I don't know why this has gone unanswered for so long, but if you haven't figured it out already, I believe the answer is yes. Pretty much. House/apartment number, street, state.
Zip code is pretty much used as a security feature in a separate field.
