New egg not without visual

Hello,

I adopted an egg this morning... I don't have a visual rendering on it. Here it is :

A friend had the same problem with one of these adoptions at the cave this morning.

Do I have to submit a ticket? Or do the administrators already know ?
For the moment no change. I come across the same type of problem with different players when I go to feed their creatures

I've also had a couple of new eggs with the same issue recently. For me it seems to be mostly the monthlies that are affected.
