Welcome to Eggcave!

The best way to get your creatures to evolve/grow is to feed other user's creatures, people usually 'feed back' if you feed theirs. Some creatures evolve through views or clicks, but all creatures need feeds to keep their happiness bar up (unless you get a Leaf of Vaka from the Cashshop). If any of your creatures get too low in happiness you can put them in Tim's (under the 'Shop' dropdown) for a bit of ec each day.
There is also the Click Exchange, where you can add your creatures and click other creatures there, but activity there varies and isn't usually enough to evolve creatures alone (in my experience).
