Help Categorize Creatures for EggCavity Please!

Alligators. Lizards on steroids. c; Lol so for any that I put alli, croc, dino, liz, anything lumped like that, I'm mainly trying to see how everyone else would see it, what animals could other people possible say or be looking up to find that creature. But ultimately, listing it as one or two instead is good with me and the goal.

Foxes are indeed canines. Though, I always think of them as cat-dogs. x) The most cat-like dog. Some of them, not sure if all, even have retractable claws like cats! 😱 *swoon*

Maybe I can add an "uncategorized" group. We'll see. Hopefully we can get everything in a spot that makes sense.

oof... my brain turns to mush after looking through all the creatures here too.
(best to do this in small checks and rest a bit.)

as for Googling info... I can't tell you how many times it's given me conflicting answers on the same page. there's times I've had to spend hours searching for accurate info because it's just throwing up the most popular results. (And I can't make it to the library any more.)
And to top it off scientists are now debating if they've been categorizing animals wrong *still* for the last hundred some years (before that things like beavers were considered fish because they swam.) I don't know what the new classification system would look like... but it's pretty darn specific as it it. (And confusing.) : /

lol... yeah, the canine thing is confusing by the word. canine, is a smaller branch of the Canidae Family. (Order, Phylum, etc is where I get lost. I don't know which is which without looking at a chart. Pretty sure those are larger than family though.)
(Oof , I'd hate having to make up one for this site... though I imagine it could be a good project for a school teacher to assign ^^)

😊 FYI~
For some of these, I said "dog" (or whatever else) because it may be referenced in the description.
Example: "Iramae are similar to that of dogs; they have been dubbed "Man's Best Friend" in Ark."
I think mainly the 2nd stage / baby stage looks the most dog-like, and an alien-dog at that, but wouldn't overall think it's a dog.

Not sure if the Psychiro's next on the list, but as one of the creators of the creature, may I suggest some categories for it?
It was supposed to be a bat-dragon creature when me and a mutual first suggested it, but now that it's just a dragon with no bat in the design, you can just categorize it as a dragon ^^

Also, about the new April monthlies:
Aquileaf - Bird, CSP Monthly, Eagle, Plant
Hanacat - Cat, CSP Monthly, Plant
Nymaby - Cave Monthly, Frog, Plant
Plesiloch - Aquatic, Cave Monthly, Dinosaur
