Can't use it, all it says is "You have no creatures in the Exchange. To participate in giving and receiving clicks, add your first creature under Manage Creatures." But I want to help others, as I did before, what happened, why can't I do it anymore?

You need to put a creature in the exchange in order to use it. Go here and add a creature: https://eggcave.com/exchange/creatures

You have always needed to have a creature in the exchange in order to use it. That is how it works. If the creature you have in the exchange reaches the click/feed limit you set for it it will get removed and you need to readd it.
