As a fellow human being, I can assure you that cats do not hatch from eggs lolol. As for the safety of eating a cat that is found in a s'more, I would not recommended to eat any animal unexpectedly found in your food, as it may be a health hazard. I'm a sucker for animated things, especially if it involves a Smitten! The concept of a cat playfully rolling with a piece of strawberry into a box of graham crackers to become a Smitten is so cute, and it's amusing to think of that as the origin story XD I can imagine that animating a fully-colored kitty would be a challenging task, so I value the effort and time you dedicated to your entry! The animation is crisp and fluid, and the panning is well-done! Thanks for joining the contest! 🐱🍫

Oh my goodness, your work is exceptional! I haven't seen such incredible art in ages! Every little detail you've included and the cute little Smittens doing various stuff is amazing! I particularly adore the one lying on the floor - it's just so incredibly cute! 😸 I spent over 20 minutes just staring at it, and now it's my wallpaper! The concept of the Loafing Cafe is utterly adorable, and the addition of the pastries is the perfect finishing touch! Your work is absolutely marvelous, and I'm thrilled to have you in the contest! I truly wish that Eggcave had an art feature section because your work would undoubtedly be there, or even be the new site background lolol! Alright, I'm taking a very thorough look at your entry because Su will be upset with me if I don't XD Top left, Su's first impression of Wonder is adorable and that's precisely how I pictured she looked like when she was dazzled by the sparkling species. Top center, Su is indecisive about whether to choose chocolate or marshmallows and ends up eating both. Top right, Su is having a challenging time during Double Feed Day, as she's preoccupied with cooking orders and taking inventory instead of spending time with Wonder and Aster. Middle left, Su secretly offers cheap chocolate snacks behind my back >:0!! Middle right, even though Su is sitting on a bed of chocolate and graham crackers, she still gets hungry. The bottom left showcases Su's passion for cooking, and the bottom right is my favorite! Her expression while eating strawberry s'mores is absolutely adorable, and you captured it perfectly! In the center piece, I'm calling Su out because people are now using her in contest entries, which is fun. I have to admit, I'm surprised by how adorbs your entry is! Oh this is INCREDIBLY cute and so well done!! I absolutely love how you incorporated the three stages of a Smitten into one piece and in such an original way! Your art style is so gorgeous; the faces are way too cute and I love the texture of everything. I'm so happy that you submitted something, because I needed this in my life! I really like the graham as the background, too, looks so nice. 😊

I LOVE your poem!! I love limericks and the sing-song essence of them. Your writing is absolutely fantastic. The flow of the story goes along nicely, which can sometimes get lost, but it holds true. And, such delightful rhymes! I really enjoyed the climax of "risked it" and "two biscuits", and the wrap up of "now you know... ...the Smitten got stuck in its s'more". It adds that certain je ne sais quoi at the end that an end needs. I write very similarly to this, and, have written so many silly poems throughout my life, so that's why I like it so much in addition to how I know it's such a great piece. It's so well done. My bf read it too (I had him read it out loud hehe) and he was visibly enjoying it and agreed it sounds like something I wrote. Thank you and super job!

I love the eyes of the top left Smitten, and I want the stew that the bottom left is making lol. @/matcha said he thinks the bottom right Smitten is the cutest. x) In the extras, it's really nice how you drew and labeled the WDTSL.
