Creature suggestion question!

I’ve been on for a couple months now, but I’m just curious is there a requirement for an account to be certain amount of months old in order to post a creature suggestion?

There's no specific requirement for how long a user has been a member, but it does help to know some of the creature lore for site congruity.

The only event i know with a specific requirement like that as more of a hard rule than a guideline are the site official writing contests (must have 100 forum posts.)
