And I'll take a vanilla protein shake, thank you. ๐ฅค๐Here are my rolls for today...#884 Pengift 18 kg (40 lbs.)#156 Prankey 10 kg (22 lbs.)#27 Pyraguin 2.6 kg (5.7 lbs.)I'm going to squat a Pengift, row a Prankey, and do shoulder lateral raises with a Pyraguin.Wait a second... they all start with P and two of them are penguins...! What does this mean?!I used https://www.calculator.net/random-number-generator.html with a 1-1025 range.

How fun! I really like this idea! I would do it as well but unfortunately I work out at home and I don't have adjustable weights (just a few kettlebells and rings and some other stuff). I could do it but the weights wouldn't be exact (like how Daisy is doing).My apartment complex does have a basic gym though, if I start using that I'll definitely try this ๐

Daisy encouraged me to do it lol#502 Valequine 600 kg, lol yeah no#510 Martes 1.37 kg, hmm maybe some wrist rolls#258 Odraz 9.1 kg, I was gonna do some windmills so I'll use this for a warm up set

Right?!It's such a fun idea! @dragrawr Wishing y'all the best of luck!(meanwhile IF I actually happen to venture outside my house like once in a blue moon and happen to see something similar to a dead Moovovi in the gutter, I'll pick it up and put it in the trash so *hopefully* it doesn't end up in the water systems.I mean... it's still bending and picking something up.)

@snowywinter Picking up irl Moovovis is a great point! Whenever you're picking something up, it's best to practice good form and squat if you can. Definitely counts towards working out. ๐@dragrawrThe same way Wonder is attempting to give out candy to the gym members LOL... It'll give you serious gains, bro...! ๐ฌ

@snowywinter Well, that depends... if you wanna work out daily lol. ^^' Personally, my calves are sore as heck from dancing yesterday LOL. I'm walking like it's my first leg day and I overdid leg day.Like that line from that Ed Sheeran song... When your legs don't work like they used to before... XD

@daisycat Dancing is *really* good exercise!a workout doesn't have to look like something from a gym ad. I mean the whole point is good health, right?! And dancing uses a LOT of different muscle groupings and takes a lot of mental coordination ^^I wouldn't mind an amusing analogy between the type of dance and what different creatures here might move like ; P ๐ โค๏ธI'm not familiar with the song, but I do know I used to have "sea" legs for a couple days after a day of downhill skiing.(or for those who never spent time on a boat... prolonged jumpy/bounce house, trampoline legs?)Sore as heck and having that constant moon-bounce feeling.
