Here you will be able to see if I can lift a randomly generated creature from the archives! That's right!! I'll be doing 3-5 on the days I work out, and posting my progress here.

Please feel free to ALSO do this! I think it's really fun, but remember to never over-do it and stop activity if you feel you are incapable or dizzy! We don't want any Arkians getting hurt :] Or, if you don't wanna but still wanna chime in, please feel free to comment!

Here are my rolls for today...

#884 Pengift 18 kg (40 lbs.)
#156 Prankey 10 kg (22 lbs.)
#27 Pyraguin 2.6 kg (5.7 lbs.)

I'm going to squat a Pengift, row a Prankey, and do shoulder lateral raises with a Pyraguin.

Wait a second... they all start with P and two of them are penguins...! What does this mean?!

How fun! I really like this idea! I would do it as well but unfortunately I work out at home and I don't have adjustable weights (just a few kettlebells and rings and some other stuff). I could do it but the weights wouldn't be exact (like how Daisy is doing).

My apartment complex does have a basic gym though, if I start using that I'll definitely try this ๐Ÿ˜Š

@matcha Yeah dude!! Whatever works, honestly. Smaller workout with free weights can be really good as well! I wish you luck ๐Ÿ’ช

(meanwhile IF I actually happen to venture outside my house like once in a blue moon and happen to see something similar to a dead Moovovi in the gutter, I'll pick it up and put it in the trash so *hopefully* it doesn't end up in the water systems.
I mean... it's still bending and picking something up.)

Picking up irl Moovovis is a great point! Whenever you're picking something up, it's best to practice good form and squat if you can. Definitely counts towards working out. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Well, that depends... if you wanna work out daily lol. ^^' Personally, my calves are sore as heck from dancing yesterday LOL. I'm walking like it's my first leg day and I overdid leg day.

Like that line from that Ed Sheeran song... When your legs don't work like they used to before... XD

@daisycat Dancing is *really* good exercise!
a workout doesn't have to look like something from a gym ad. I mean the whole point is good health, right?! And dancing uses a LOT of different muscle groupings and takes a lot of mental coordination ^^

I wouldn't mind an amusing analogy between the type of dance and what different creatures here might move like ; P ๐Ÿ˜Š โค๏ธ

I'm not familiar with the song, but I do know I used to have "sea" legs for a couple days after a day of downhill skiing.
(or for those who never spent time on a boat... prolonged jumpy/bounce house, trampoline legs?)
Sore as heck and having that constant moon-bounce feeling.

Look what is back,. because I entirely forgot!! Today is a warm-up "get back in the groove" back day, so hopefully nothing too heavy visits me... generating 5 now...

ill update when Im back from the gym!
