i was messing around with some copy-paste symbols and ecode colour tags to make new borders, but i've come across a thing where the centrepiece symbol changes entirely when i check the page after saving. this is the offending symbol. ☂i put down four different borders just to see how they would appear with colour differences here, but for some reason the umbrella symbol i've used in the centre appears differently on three of them when i'm looking at the profile page of the creature despite the symbols appearing identical when editing the profile. the version i'm wanting is the very last one. i'm not sure how it appears to other players, so if someone could take a look and explain why it's appearing differently...

@kudo I'm not seeing a difference with the umbrella symbols, I even zoomed in and they all look the same on that page. In what way do they look different for you? If you could post a screenshot that could help.

@kudo Oh wow, that's so strange. I can't see anything obvious wrong with the code, but I'm not great with that stuff really. Hopefully someone else will be able to see why it's acting different!

@kudo What are you viewing this on? Windows, Mac, Linux? And what browser are you using? Chrome, Firefox, Opera, etc

@newlife (using side account to comment)i'm using chrome on a mac, perhaps the browser is the reason. on safari all umbrellas appear identical. i cleared my browser history and i was using incognito on chrome, but it still appeared weirdly. having said that, i wonder why the fourth umbrella looks alright, haha.

@ravenhills Yeah hmm, I'm on Windows Chrome and I see all of the umbrellas as the same https://imgur.com/a/C0nEg9xMight just be a weird bug with the special character on specifically Mac Chrome

@newlife could be. my mac pro isn't old and i rarely use it, but odd in any case. i'm just slightly peeved that my version of the creature page doesn't have one constant umbrella symbol, but i guess i can roll with it if it appears normal to everyone else. @cryogenics if you search up 'copy paste symbols', there are a great many sites with a variety of interesting trinkets to adorn your profile with. if you're looking for fancy font, simply search up 'fancy font generator'. most offer a nice selection of fonts.
