Gift a Leaf of Vaka?

Hello!

Can I buy and then gift someone a leaf of vaka? Or is the only way to send/gift someone CC and they have to purchase the leaf for themselves?

The Leaf of Vaka is an item that goes into your inventory when you buy it. Once you have bought one you can do whatever you want with it, including sending it someone else.
